    It’s a simple Hoax, actually it’s just a toy, because it cannot bear any load. It looks impressive because you are fooled by the sound it makes. Just a magik trick. They just use low tensions bearings with a lightweight alluminium rotor with very low friction. Downside: you can’t power anything with it. If you wanted to make a car motor you would need magnets the size of your house.

    @overunitydotcom And ‘Overunity’ is simply a misunderstanding of basic physics, ‘Overunity’ is the confusion of Amperage with Voltage. Anyone can build a circuit that cascades 110 Volt to 12.000 Volts, your TV does it everyday. No secret, but guess what? Voltage isn’t Amperage. You cannot power anything with it, otherwise you could harness lightning bolts which works on the same principle, high voltage, low amperage. Sorry but Overunity is beyond pathetic.

    @BloodyNO123 Weet je zeker dat het TBM was? Ik wist niet eens dat er een OTB faculteit bestond XD Moet maar eens weer naar de uni gaan en vragen waar dat over ging. Maar zouden dat soort dingetjes niet meer iets zijn voor de technische natuurkunde?

    @TrainingMacro hm, het gebouw OTB (waar deze presentatie blijkbaar was) staat naast TB – ik vermoedde dat het bij elkaar hoorde. Niets blijkt minder waar te zijn; het is een bouwkunde-enclave. Het is sowieso geen TN-zaal. Überhaupt, bij TN komt die man niet binnen. ;-)

    Het is opmerkelijk om iemand te horen praten over ‘vrije’ energie. Het is grappig of teleurstellend om te zien dat iemand die een camera mag vasthouden in een gebouw van een wereldbekende universiteit niet de kennis heeft om een uitdrukking uit het Amerikaanse Engels om te zetten in correct Nederlands.

    technical response: it is possible to re-direct magnetic fields, one magnet is every time drawn to the next magnet. But re-directing the fields will cost energy as well.

    Opening the plastic boxes would have shown at least a form of stored energy, a winding mechanism or batteries.

    If the machine could have worked it would not be switched on for only ten minutes, but it would work forever.

    Showing this scam is a disgrace for the Delft University.

    Haalt wel leuk de buitenmantel uit elkaar, maar van de binnenste cilinder (elektromotor?) zie je niets. Kan net zo goed een accu in zitten.
    Tevens, wel eens aan gedacht om even met een multimeter die plastic blokken door te meten? Ik durf te wedden dat er accu’s in zitten…

    If this is true (I doubt it) we’ll get a new environmental problem. The ‘free energy’ will produce more energy (heat) the earth can handle. The global temperature will go up and up, because the first law of thermodynamics states that you cannot destroy energy.
